Meet Our Team

Ellen Brown - Office Manager

Ellen has partnered with families and pets and been a part of the FOAH family for over 35 years! She started at FOAH with assisting Dr. Rodger Kleisch, and over the years has helped both grow and manage the practice since 1985. She is vital part of the growth and longevity of FOAH. With Ellen's understanding of medicine, compassion and management of individuals, Ellen has moved from kennel attendant (1985) to veterinary assistant to Office Manager. While she manages, she continues to increase her medical knowledge and always enjoys working with pets and their owners.

Veterinary Nurses and Assistants

These individuals are the medical team you will be interacting with on a appointment basis. They assist the doctors, communicate with the clients and  are some of the most skilled and dedicated nursing staff in veterinary medicine. It is an honor to work with them on a daily basis.

Tera Orman - Floor Lead - Veterinary Assistant and Customer Service Representative

Tera has been caring for family pets since 1993, and became a part of the FOAH team in 2003. Throughout her tenure here, Tera has increased her medical knowledge and enjoys surgical procedures and client communication. Tera is an alumnus of Southeast Guilford High School and has enjoyed living in this area her whole life. She is a valued member of not only FOAH but also within the community, with involvement in charities and recreational sports.

Rachel Carter - Veterinary Assistant

Rachel has been a part of the Forest Oaks family since high school, first working as a team member in 2015. In 2019, she became a Veterinary Assistant, and over the past 3 years she has continued to increase her medical knowledge, skill set, and communication. She is not only a valued member of our medical team, she is valued in her community and amongst her co-workers.

Rachael Nance - Veterinary Assistant

Rachael began her career in medicine in Fayetteville, NC in 2012. She and her family moved to Greensboro in 2015, where she continued her work with an animal hospital in town. After her family grew, she wanted to work closer to her home and we have are fortunate to have her join the Forest Oaks Animal Hospital family in fall of 2020. Rachel enjoys anesthesia and dentistry, and is our lead dental technician.

Camryn Coble - Veterinary Assistant

Camryn Coble is no stranger to our clientele and all of our patients love her, as she has been with our team since 2018. Like many of our team members, Camryn has learned much of her knowledge through on-the-job training, however more recently she extended her knowledge with online training for Veterinary Technician Program.

Liz Kronenberg - Veterinary Assistant

Liz joined our staff in 2019 and has quickly excelled at this roll and has continued to grow over the year, adding skills and knowledge making a transition to Veterinary Assistant. Since fall of 2021, Liz has been vital for our outpatient exams, client communication, and as a Customer Service Representative.

Customer Service Representatives

These team members great you at the clinic, schedule your appointments, field your phone calls and emails and are the loving voice when you call concerned. We believe our first line communicators need to have medical knowledge, and we pride ourselves with our Customer Service Representatives. They will assist you with scheduling, updates on your patients care, triaging patients and daily client communication. They are the best of the best at their position and make daily operations at FOAH move smoothly.

Lisa Duggins – Customer Service Representative

Lisa is one of our full-time receptionists here at FOAH. She joined our staff in 2015 after moving to the area from Virginia. Lisa is not only a valued receptionist, but can translate a great deal of medical knowledge and is a great resource for initial medical questions. We were so grateful when she joined our team, and since has continued to grow our customer service.

Amber Ward -  Customer Service Representative and Veterinary Assistant

Amber joined FOAH in fall of 2015, and is a member of both our technical staff and customer service team. Amber has always loved animals of all sorts, and conscientiously bred corgis for many years. When the opportunity opened for a position at Forest Oaks, both the current staff and Amber could not have been more excited about her joining. She has cut back her hours in order to spend more time with family, but you will still see here around, as she fills in where needed so other staff members can schedule time off.

Donna Cummings - Customer Service Representative

Donna worked for 21 years at another hospital prior to her retirement. After flirting with retirement, Donna decided to come back to work part time and FOAH were thrilled we were ablet to add her to the front desk staff. She brings an incredible knowledge base with her, and is a good resource at the front desk. You will see Donna on Tuesday's and Thursday's, often spending her long weekends at the beach.

Taylor Pack - Customer Service Representative and Veterinarian Assistant

Taylor has been a long time member of FOAH, starting in 2012. We are so excited for Taylor to return to our team in 2023, she returns with her foundation of medicine but also strength in customer service from working in the Customer Service industry for 2 years. We are so thrilled to Taylor.

Kennel Attendants

Our Kennel Attendants most importantly are our team members that care for your pets while they stay with us at Forest Oaks Animal Hospital. We do only keep our patients as boarding patients, and often these animals are staying with us and daily medications or support while staying with us. Our kennel attendants are skilled in these area's and often roll over to help with technician appointments. They are the ones responsible for your pets stay and hospital maintenance.
