Dr. David Kleisch joined Forest Oaks Animal Hospital in spring 2013. Dr. Kleisch is native to North Carolina, growing up in Greensboro, NC, and is son of Dr. Rodger W. Kleisch. Dr. Kleisch has lived in the Research Triangle Area since 2001, living in both Chapel Hill and Raleigh.
Dr. Kleisch completed his undergraduate from the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill in 2005, his Masters of Business Administration from North Carolina State University in 2010, and obtained his Veterinary Degree from North Carolina State University, College of Veterinary Medicine in 2013.
Dr. Kleisch is interested in preventative medicine, surgery, and rehabilitative medicine. In his spare time he enjoys fishing and spending time with his wife, Margaret Ann, their two dogs, Cooper and Camden, and time with his family on the coast.
